Wedding days are pretty exciting, and anticipation is only natural as a couple dreams of the day, the people that will surround them, and the memories that are to be made. But I especially liked that for Tory and Zane, each part of the day was something to be excited for. Tory’s parent’s Walla Walla house was the perfect colorful setting for the ceremony and reception. Spilling out into the yard were tables decorated with greens, bright candles, and the happy colors that only flowers can bring.

We started off the photo coverage capturing moments shared by Tory, her bridesmaids, and family. A whirl of activity and anticipation for all that would be celebrated that day. Tory’s details included shoes that Zane carefully created a hand sewn pattern on, beautiful statement earrings, and a wooden jewelry box Tory’s father gifted her when she was young. For their first look and wedding photos, the couple wanted rich greens, warmth, and to utilize the neighborhood and we captured just that before heading off to Rooks Park for family and bridal party photos. A ‘poptail’ hour greeted the guests as they arrived for the ceremony. Guests were seated for both the ceremony and reception at long banquet tables with the ceremony situated under a canopy of trees and a chandelier of flowers. The ceremony surrounded the couple in support, prayer, and hand written vows. Following the ceremony we snuck off for a few brand new husband and wife photos before returning to enjoy the amazing charcuterie display, toasts, cake, and dancing.
